ACTIVITIES
In these days we worked with the Unit 12 “Service” A complaint is a gift. We talked about Customer satisfaction and customer service, this is very importante because we can offer higher quality in the products or services, answer questions, we must be polite and it will cause that the company have a good reputation.
We read an article, and we answered the questions. I learned new synonyms; collocations and the teacher explained the Conditionals. I think that the topics were very interesting.
