I bought a DVD player from your company and it is not working. When I telephoned customer services they said that they would send a replacement but I never arrived.

I am very sorry that you have a problem with your DVD player. We could either these solutions: a refund or a replacement. if we arrange a refund, it will take two weeks to go into your account. Now, we could send a replacement, but it would receive you in three working days.
